 Our delivery coverage is limited to towns and cities where FAMAD has physical shops.

You are required to arrange to take delivery of your orders from our warehouses or shops.

 FAMAD ONLINE STORE REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at FAMADPLC online store. if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refund and returns.

We offer refund and /or exchange within the first seven (7) days of your purchase. If after seven (7) days you have not reached us you will not be offered a refund and/ or exchange of any kind.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
2. Your item must be unused and in same condition that you received it;
3. The item must be in the original packaging with all labels intact;
4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase;
5. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded;
6. If item in question was marked as a gift item when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges

Further on exchanges, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for same items, send us an email at…Sales@famadplc.com… and send item to…To the designated pickup centers……                                                  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund wills be processed, less delivery and associated charges and you will receive a credit through your original method of payment.

Rejection of your exchange could be because price of item has since changed or new specification not in stock.

GENERAL

No agency, partnership joint venture or employment is created as a result of the Terms and Conditions, and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind FAMADPLC.com in any respect whatsoever. The failure of either party to exercise and respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any future right hereunder
